Preserving the integrity of our shared visual narratives

As a photographer, I deeply value the creative partnerships that make each event and session special. I’m always happy to see vendors showcasing our collaborative work — however, to ensure the integrity of the images and respect for all parties involved, I kindly ask that the following terms are observed when using my photographs:

1. Usage Permission

Vendors featured in an event or session are welcome to use watermarked or approved images for social media, websites, and personal portfolios only.

Note: Images may not be used for commercial advertising, print materials, or third-party promotions without prior written consent.

2. Mandatory Credit

Proper credit must be given in every post or online feature. Please include the following:

• Instagram: Tag @zapphotographytz in the image and mention in the caption.
• Website/Portfolio: Include a clickable credit link to www.zap.co.tz near the image or in the credits section.

3. No Alterations

Images may not be edited, cropped, filtered, or altered in any way, including the removal of watermarks. Please use the images exactly as delivered to maintain quality and consistency.

4. Requesting Images

If you’d like specific images for your use, feel free to reach out via email. I’m happy to share select images that best represent your work and align with my brand.

5. Commercial Use

For use of images in ads, magazines, packaging, or any form of paid promotion, please contact me directly to discuss appropriate licensing options. If you're unsure whether your intended use falls within these guidelines, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’m always open to collaboration and love supporting the incredible work of fellow creatives!

Already Shared My Work? Here's What to Do

If you’ve previously shared any of my photographs on your social media, website, or portfolio — thank you so much for celebrating our collaboration!

To align with the terms above and ensure consistency across platforms, I kindly ask that you:

• Add proper credit by tagging @zapphotographytz in the image and mentioning me in the caption.
• Avoid applying filters, cropping, or altering the images in any way.
• Include a link to my website (zap.co.tz) if used on your site or online portfolio.
• Reach out if the images are being used for commercial or promotional purposes so we can arrange appropriate licensing.

If you've shared content that does not follow these guidelines, I kindly request that you update your posts accordingly within a reasonable time.

Please understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in the need to pursue legal steps to protect the integrity and rights of my work. I truly prefer to resolve things collaboratively and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
