Terms & Conditions for refund

1 ) If you are not happy with the images being delivered, then you have to return all the images to ZAP Photography office, if it was delivered online then we recommend to delete them all.

2 ) You cannot utilize the images in any manner either social or prints after or before asking for refund. If you still wish to utilize the images then there are some concession payment to be paid. Please find the rates below.

3 ) After the full refund, the client automatically gives the full rights of all the images to be utilized in any manner be it posting on social media, or a website, or commercial sales to the company (ZAP Photography).

4 ) The refund process will take at least 3-6 months to process after the client fills the refund form. (The company takes this long to process the refund as we will be monitoring all the activity to make sure there are no images being utilized in any manner by a client).

5 ) The company reserves the rights to agree with the process of refunding or to deny. (If the company denies to refund, the company has to provide a written reason for denying it).

Concession rates.

1) Printing on a photo album each image will be charged USD 50

2) Printing for any medium of wall art each image will be charged USD 100

3) Using the images on any social media post for each image will be charged USD 50

4) Using the images on any social media stories for each image will be charged USD 100
